As a full time Realtor® since the mid 1990's and a Tampa Bay area resident for more than 30 years, I have seen the local real estate development and growth first hand. Today's housing market offers plenty of opportunities for home ownership.   As a certified Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource,  SFR ,  I have undertaken additional training for distressed property sales through the National Association of Realtors ... my focus is to assist buyers of distressed property to better understand the process of purchasing.    Additionally, to better serve the needs of the 50 and older demographic, I am a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist, SRES®,  and a proud member of the SRES® Council.  One of the most exciting opportunities to assist buyers and sellers was offered to me as a member of Re-buildUSA when I completed training as a Certified 203k Specialist. I can assist qualified buyers find a house and make it the home of their dreams using the 203k Renovation Loan.  This gives the new homeowner the opportunity to "make it the way you want it".   I am also able to assist sellers market their properties for sale with a "post renovation" vision of value.   I  am  very  excited  to  be  a  member  of Re-buildUSA  ...  This is my way to contribute to the restoration of America ... one home renovation at a time.
